Situation
An established shop selling pressed-flower and print products wanted same-day local floral fulfillment — without buying trucks or hiring drivers.
Constraint
A real, revenue-generating business: no downtime, no broken orders, and the existing light storefront look preserved exactly.
What we built
A florist fulfillment network. Orders route by delivery ZIP to a local florist, who accepts and fulfills through a dedicated florist portal, with SMS coordination over Twilio. Print and press products fulfill through Printful. iOS and Android apps ship via EAS. Phases 1 and 2 — ZIP routing, the florist portal, and SMS — are live; pickup scheduling and automated florist payouts are in progress.
Result
Same-day local fulfillment now runs through a routed network of partner florists, without the business owning last-mile delivery. Detailed metrics are being finalized and will be published here soon.
