Situation
A shop selling pressed-flower and print products needed same-day local floral fulfillment without buying trucks or hiring drivers.
Constraint
Every order has to reach the right florist, and the existing light storefront look had to stay exactly as it was.
What we built
A florist fulfillment network. Orders route by delivery ZIP to a local florist, who accepts and fulfills through a dedicated florist portal, with SMS coordination over Twilio. Print and press products fulfill through Printful. iOS and Android apps ship via EAS. Phases 1 and 2 — ZIP routing, the florist portal, and SMS — are built; pickup scheduling and automated florist payouts are in progress.
Status
The routing network lets the business offer local fulfillment without owning last-mile delivery. The platform is preparing for launch.
